By a 4-2 vote late last night, the Falls Church School Board appointed F.C. Planning Commissioner John Lawrence to fill the vacancy on its board created by the resignation of Rosaura Aguereberre last month. Lawrence will complete the term through the end of 2013, and one of the key questions from the School Board, in a set of interviews it conducted with five candidates last night had to do with whether or not the candidates would run for election to a new four-year term in the November 2013 election.
