City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for October 9 – 15, 2012

Larceny from Building, 238 W. Broad St. On Oct. 9, the business reported an unknown suspect(s) stole waste oil from the restaurant’s outdoor storage container sometime between Oct. 2 and Oct. 7.

Destruction of Property, 100 block Park Ave. On Oct. 9, a tow advisory sign was found damaged with graffiti.

Narcotics Violation, 300 W. Broad St. (The Stratford Motor Lodge) On Oct. 10, a male, 29, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Larceny from Building, 1200 block Ellison St. On Oct. 11, an unknown suspect(s) stole an unsecure bicycle from a residence sometime overnight.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 900 block Ellison St. On Oct. 11, an unknown suspect(s) stole a power washer from an unlocked vehicle.

Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts, 201 N. Washington St. On Oct. 12, a man was observed removing a hubcap from a tire. A male, 62, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Petit Larceny.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 300 block Pennsylvania Ave. On Oct. 12, an unknown suspect(s) siphoned gasoline from a vehicle.

Obstruction of Justice and Public Drunkenness, 6763 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Oct. 12, a male, 42, of Falls Church, was arrested for Obstruction of Justice and Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness, 300 block Little Falls St. On Oct. 13, a male, 68, of Arlington, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block N. Washington St. On Oct. 13, a male, 26, of Washington, DC, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block N. Maple Ave. On Oct. 13, a female, 56, of Falls Church, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Oct. 15, a male, 38, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
