Junior League’s Enchanted Forest Returns to Tysons Corner This Month

The Junior League of Northern Virginia will host its 12th annual Enchanted Forest Holiday Extravaganza this month. Proceeds from the event, scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 17 and 18, will benefit the Junior League’s mission and community programs for children.

Guests can stroll through the whimsical forest of theme-decorated holiday trees and handmade gingerbread homes; have Georgetown Cupcakes and cocoa with the Snow Fairy Princess or breakfast with Santa; or enjoy a wine course and dessert tasting with Lost Creek Winery.

The weekend-long festivities feature the Children’s Science Center and Kids in the Holiday Kitchen, include live entertainment, cooking demonstrations, themed crafts for children, gifts and holiday decorations for purchase, a live and silent auction, and more.

An evening gala Saturday will feature an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, music, a photo booth, and Vegas-style gaming for adults.

The Holiday Extravaganza will be held at the Westin Tysons Corner, 7801 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church. Hours are 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, with the Sugar Cookie Soirée from 7 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. –1 p.m.
