CNN Declares Obama Winner In Virginia and Nationally

At 12:41 a.m. EST this morning CNN projected President Obama the winner in Virginia, adding to the winning total of electoral votes they projected for him earlier Tuesday night.

Obama’s win in Virginia followed the projected victory for U.S. Senate of Former Gov. Tim Kaine, who carried a four-percent margin into the wee hours of Wednesday morning. Also, at 12:38 a.m. today the Washington Post followed CNN and NBC declaring President Obama the winner of a second term.
