City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for November 13 – 19, 2012

Driving Under the Influence, Unlawful Carrying of a Concealed Weapon On Nov. 13, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 42, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Unlawful Carrying of a Concealed Weapon.

Vandalism, 513 W. Broad St. (The Byron) On Nov. 14, several light fixtures were found shattered from BB gun pellets.

Shoplifting, 1150 W. Broad St. (CVS Pharmacy) On Nov. 15, an employee observed an individual shoplifting various merchandise. A male, 43, no fixed address, was arrested for Larceny.

Larceny from Building, 230 W. Broad St. (Natalia’s Elegant Creations) On Nov. 16, a wallet was stolen from the restaurant.

Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 600 block Hillwood Ave. On Nov. 17, a male, 30, of Alexandria, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Public Drunkenness, 220 N. Washington St. (The State Theater) On Nov. 17, a male, 47, of Washington, DC, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence, 300 block Hillwood Ave. On Nov. 18, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 66, of Williamsburg, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Larceny from Vehicle, 2328 N. Oak St. (Mt. Daniel School) On Nov. 19, a vehicle was broken into and a purse was taken while parked at the school during the day.

Driving Under the Influence, 600 block Park Ave. On Nov. 19, a male, 21, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Strong Armed Robbery, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Le Mirage Café) On Nov. 19, three Asian males used force to rob the victim of cash in the men’s restroom. The first suspect is approximately 20 to 30 years old, 5’6” tall and weighing 150 pounds. His hair was shaved on the side and long on top with hi-lights. He was wearing a white hoodie under a blue and black jacket with a large white circle in the center of the chest and back with a lower case “a” in the center of the white circle. He wore what appeared to be jeans and white sneakers with a blue stripe. The second suspect is approximately 20 to 30 years old, 5’7” tall and weighing 150 pounds. He wore a grey hoodie with varying shades of a darker grey to black around the center of the hoodie. He wore dark colored pants and black sneakers. The third suspect is approximately 20 to 30 years old, 5’7” tall and had a thin build. He wore a black jacket with a hood. He had what appeared to be something white on his hands. He wore white sneakers with a blue stripe similar to those worn by the first suspect.
