F.C. Lions to Sell Citrus Fruit at City Property Yard

The Falls Church Lions Club will once again be selling citrus fruit this winter at the City of Falls Church Property Yard.

Navel oranges and pink seedless grapefruit will be on sale Dec. 14 and 15. The cost for the fruit is $38 for a 4/5 bushel case, $20 for a 2/5 bushel half-case, and $12 for a 1/5 bushel bag. A 4/5 bushel case of mixed fruit can be purchased for $40.

Sales in January and February will feature different fruits.

Sale hours are Fridays from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. until the fruit is sold out.

The Property Yard is located at 7100 Gordon Road, Falls Church.
