Cheney Takes F.C. School Board Oath of Office

Craig Cheney took to the Oath of Office this morning from Arlington County Clerk of Court Paul Ferguson. He becomes the newest member of the Falls Church School Board.

Cheney is familiar to many as he previously served on the board from 2004-08 – including two years as Chair and one year as Vice-Chair.

This term, Cheney will serve until December, 2013, filling the seat recently vacated by Joan Wodiska who accepted appointment to the Virginia School Board.

The school board appointed Cheney at its meeting on Jan. 17.
