One More Page to Host Scott Wallace for Book Signing

One More Page Books, an independent bookstore in Arlington, will host an evening with author Scott Wallace next Wednesday. This event is open to the public and admission is free.

On Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 7 p.m., Wallace will discuss and sign his book The Unconquered: In Search of the Amazon’s Last Uncontacted Tribes. In this first-person account of adventure and survival, Wallace follows a 34-man team into the deepest recesses of the Amazon. The Unconquered tells the tale of a journey to track one of the planet’s last uncontacted indigenous tribes, the People of the Arrow, a seldom-glimpsed tribe of archers known to defend their lands with showers of deadly arrows before melting back into the forest shadows.

Scott Wallace is a writer and photojournalist. He has authored several articles for National Geographic, including two cover stories about the Amazon.

One More Page is located at 2200 N. Westmoreland St., Arlington. For more information, visit onemorepagebooks.com.
