City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for February 5 – 11, 2013 

NOTE: This report is not a definitive list of all criminal activity and is subject to change upon investigation. 

Larceny from Building, 600 block N. West St. On Feb. 6, an unsecured bike was reported stolen from a residence.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 1000 E. Broad St. (24 Hour Fitness) On Feb. 6, an unknown suspect(s) smashed a window and stole a personal bag from a vehicle.

Simple Assault, 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R1 (Planet Fitness) On Feb. 7, an unknown suspect assaulted the victim in the parking lot.

Computer Trespass, 137 N. Washington St. (Global Phone Corporation) On Feb. 7, the business reported a server was hacked and the hacked business IP addresses were used to make voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone calls.

Driving Under the Influence and Urinating In Public, 1200 block W. Broad St. On Feb. 9, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 52, of Capitol Heights, MD, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Urinating In Public.

Driving Under the Influence, Narcotics Violation, and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 1000 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 9, a female, 26, of Clinton, MD, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Defrauding an Innkeeper, 105 W. Broad St. (Ireland’s Four Provinces) On Feb. 9, the business reported a customer failed to pay a bill after leaving the restaurant.

Narcotics Violation, 1000 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 10, a male, 26, of McLean, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Eluding Law Enforcement, 1000 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 10, a driver fled from an officer conducting a traffic stop. Warrants are active for the suspect.

Driving Under the Influence, 500 block Roosevelt St. On Feb. 10, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 40, of Ashburn, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Trespassing, 6795 Wilson Blvd. On Feb. 1, a male, 55, no fixed address, was arrested and released on summons for Trespassing.
