MEH Duo Takes 3rd for Model T Website

Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School students Mary Klemic and Annette Schlitt placed third in the Group Website category at the National History Day State Competition this past weekend in Williamsburg.

The theme for this year’s competition was “Turning Points in History: People, Ideas, Events.” Klemic and Schlitt’s winning entry was a website about the Model T Ford, which can be viewed here.

Other students from MEH who participated in the competition were Adwoa Ankuma, Kaitlyn Bruno, Angela Dilao, Grace Johnson, Meredith Johnson, Mary Klemic, Meghan Murphy, Annette Schlitt, and Olivia Taliaferro.
