This Thursday, June 20, the Falls Church GOP will hold its final “Ideas, Gripes and Venting” session before approving the 2013 campaign strategy. The session will take place at 7:30 p.m. at American Legion Post 130, 400 N. Oak St., Falls Church.
At the session, Campaign Chair Shayam Menon and Chair Ken Feltman will lay out the strategy developed with the GOP candidates and their campaigns and incorporating the ideas of local Republicans.
Daryl Ann Dunigan from the Arlington-based Leadership Institute will discuss the Institute’s July 6 – 7 “Boot Camp of Politics” weekend program. This nationally recognized training is open to anyone, regardless of party or cause.
The July 18 GOP meeting will feature a presentation by McLean’s Andrea DelVecchio, president of the Patriot Republican Women’s Club, on handling sensitive and difficult issues when campaigning.
