F.C.’s Curry Mantra 2 Closing Friday

Curry Mantra 2, the Indian restaurant which opened in Falls Church’s West End Plaza shopping center in February of 2013, is closing its doors this Friday. Northern Virginia Magazine reports owner Asad Sheikh, who is also closing his Curry Mantra 3 location in Vienna as well, says while business hasn’t been bad, he’s closing the restaurants because “he can’t increase sales in a small unit, under 50 seatings.” Sheikh tells the Magazine that the Curry Mantra 2 space in Falls Church is being sought out for another Indian restaurant or a kabob place. The last service for Curry Mantra 2 will be for dinner this Friday.

Curry Mantra 2 is located at 1077 W. Broad St. in Falls Church.
