10th Annual “Santa Jam,” State Theatre, Tonight (Dec. 7), 8 p.m.

This annual event has become one of the biggest holiday cheer happenings in the region. Falls Church’s State Theatre, on Rt. 29/Lee Highway/N. Washington St., plays host to an impressive list of top regional musical talent. The proceeds, which include a minimum contribution of $10 at the door and an optional unwrapped gift suitable for a child, go to Northern Virginia homeless and battered women shelters. Some of the talent includes the Tom Principato Band, Mary Ann Redmond, Linwood Taylor, Robert Lighthouse, Tony Lepson, Radio Mosaic and Mary Shaven. There will be raffles, dancing and tons of holiday spirit. Doors open at 7 p.m., the music begins at 8.
