Larceny from Vehicle, 200 blk. W. Marshall St., November 28, 10:30 a.m., unknown person(s) stole a purse containing $2.00 cash, credit cards, and passport from a silver 2000 Toyota Echo.

Larceny, 800 blk. W. Broad St., November 27, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a Rockhopper SPLZD Bicycle.

Disorderly Conduct, Applebee’s, 127 E. Broad St., November 28, 9:15 p.m., police arrested a male, 53, of Falls Church, VA for Disorderly Conduct and Drunk In Public.

Fraud, 100 blk. W. Broad St., November 29, 4:20 p.m., unknown person(s) presented a fraudulent cashier’s check in the amount of $7400.00 for a piano that was selling for $3425.00. Once the check cleared through the bank the victim wired the remaining money to the suspect.

Larceny, 100 blk. Dulany Pl., November 29, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an unlocked grey 2004 Suzuki SUV a purse containing $100.00 cash.

Disorderly Conduct, Taco Bell, 935 W. Broad St., November 29, 3:17 p.m., police arrested a male, 26, of Falls Church, VA and a male, 19, of  Falls Church, VA and a male, 28, of Springfield, VA for Disorderly Conduct.

Destruction of Property, 200 blk. Noland St., between November 24, 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., unknown person(s) slashed the left rear tire of a Volkswagen.

Assault-Aggravated, 700 blk. N. West St., December 1, 3:30 a.m., police arrested a female, 46, of Falls Church, VA for Aggravated Assault-Felony. The victim was treated Arlington Hospital.

Burglary-Commercial, N & G Automotive Inc., between November 30, 6:00 p.m. and December 1, 8:00 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole $200.00 from the cash register drawer.

Larceny, Shoplifting, 7Eleven, 201 S. Washington St., December 2, 2:13 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a 12-pack of Miller Light Beer. The suspect is described as a H/M, approximately 5`10" tall with a stocky build and short hair.

Destruction of Property, 1100 blk. N. Tuckahoe St., between December 1, 10:00 p.m. and December 2, 9:38 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the victim’s driveway and flattened the two rear tires of a 1998 Toyota Corolla by puncturing them with a flat type blade.

Solicitation, 301 W. Broad St., December 2, 10:17 a.m., police arrested a male, 56, of Falls Church, VA for Panhandling.

Assist Other Jurisdiction, 800 blk. W. Broad St., December 2, 8:27 p.m., police arrested a male, 20, of Sterling, VA for an active warrant out of Fairfax County on a Fail To Appear for Driving While Intoxicated.

Larceny, Shoplifting, 7Eleven, 201 S. Washington St., December 2, 8:56 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole 2-cases of beer. The suspect is described as a W/M, approximately 5`10" tall with a thin build and a short, military style haircut, wearing a white t-shirt over a black long sleeve shirt and jeans.

Graffiti/Damage to Property, 200 blk. Midvale St., between December 2, 11:00 p.m. and December 3, 9:03 a.m., unknown person(s) spray-painted graffiti on the side of victim’s home and on the retaining wall next to the driveway.

Drunkenness (DIP), 400 blk. W. Broad St., December 3, 10:41 p.m., police arrested a male, 25, of Arlington, VA for DIP.

Graffiti/Damage to Property, 100 blk. S. Spring St., December 4, 9:42 a.m., unknown person(s) spray-painted graffiti on a wooden fence.

Credit Card Fraud, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad St., between November 28, 4:13 p.m. and December 4, 1:11 p.m., unknown person(s) passed a check from victim’s account in the amount of $221.11.

Graffiti/Damage to Property, 100 blk. Annandale Rd., between December 1, 5:00 p.m. and December 4, 8:00 a.m., unknown person(s) spray-painted a cement retaining wall.

Graffiti/Damage to Property, 300 blk. Gundry Dr., December 4, 3:29 p.m., unknown person(s) started writing graffiti on the side of victim’s home, but fled when homeowner witnessed this act.

Driving Under The Influence, 500 blk. Roosevelt Blvd., December 4, 7:37 p.m., police arrested a male, 33, of Falls Church, VA for Driving Under The Influence. Incident to the arrest Fairfax County obtained a misdemeanor warrant for a hit and run accident on Rt. 50.

Credit Card Fraud, Lebanese Butcher, 113 E. Annandale Rd., October 7, 5:43 p.m., unknown person(s) presented two checks in the amounts of $400.99 and $312.20 for the purchase of meats. It was discovered that the checks were written on a closed account.

Destruction of Property, Technology Catalysts, 605 Park Ave., December 6, 12:24 a.m., unknown person(s) spray-painted the west side wall of the establishment.

Larceny, Shoplifting, CVS, 1150 W. Broad St., December 6, 12:55 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a decorative Christmas bag filled with unknown merchandise.

Larceny, Bangkok Blues, 926 W. Broad St., December 2, 12:30 a.m., unknown person(s) left the establishment prior to satisfying $70.00 tab.

Drinking In Public, 300 blk. S. Washington St., December 7, 8:38 p.m., police arrested a male, 38, of Falls Church, VA for Drinking In Public.

Destruction of Property, 300 blk. Pine St., between December 7, 9:00 p.m. and December 8, 7:00 p.m., unknown person(s) threw eggs at victim’s vehicle and home.

Fraud, Syms, 1000 E. Broad St., December 8, 4:29 p.m., police arrested a male, 45, of Washington, DC for Obtaining Money By False Pretense and Possession of a Concealed Weapon.

Simple Assault, 200 blk. S. Washington St., December 8, 5:20 p.m., unknown person(s) came up behind victim, while waiting on the Metro Bus, and grabbed victim by the arm, pulling the victim backwards. The victim elbowed the suspect causing him to fall backwards. The victim fled to 7Eleven to assistance. The victim was not injured. The suspect is described as a B/M, 5`9, medium build in his late twenties to early thirties, wearing a black ski mask, black jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Tampering with Auto, 300 blk. Pine St., December 9, 2:02 a.m., unknown person(s) flattened the rear tire of a blue 2001 Honda CRV.

Graffiti/Damage to Property, 400 blk. E. Jefferson St., December 9, 11:44 a.m., unknown person(s) wrote graffiti and slashed the tires of a three Honda Vans.

Larceny, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad St., December 9, 12:13 p.m., unknown person(s) stole an unattended black leather wallet from a shopping cart. The wallet contained $50.00 cash, debit and credit cards, driver’s license, and a social security card.

Destruction of Property, 200 blk. W. Cameron Rd., between December 8, 10:30 p.m. and December 9, 9:30 a.m., unknown person(s) slashed the front left tire of a green 1994 Toyota.

Destruction of Property, 600 blk. Highland Ave., December 8, 10:00 p.m., unknown person(s) slashed rear driver side tire of a silver 1995 Isuzu.

Drunkenness (DIP), 100 blk. W. Broad St., December 9, 8:55 p.m., police arrested a male, 43, of Alexandria, VA for DIP.

Larceny from Building, State Theater, 220 N. Washington St., December 9, 9:03 p.m., police arrested a male, 34, of Silver Spring, MD for stealing a bottle of Jagermeister Liquor valued at $40.00 from a closed bar.

Drunkenness (DIP), 1000 blk. Kennedy St., December 9, 10:01 p.m., police arrested a male 18, of Falls Church, VA for DIP.

Liquor Law Violations, 400 blk. S. West St., December 9, 10:01 p.m., police arrested two male juveniles and one female juvenile, charging them with Possess Alcohol Underage. Incident to the arrest, police recovered a smoking device in the pocket of one of the juveniles. The device will be sent to the lab for further analysis.

Destruction of Property, Eden Center, 6771 Wilson Blvd., Suite B, December 10, 2:04 a.m., police arrested a male, 30, of Rockersville, VA for shattering the glass plate window of the establishment and being drunk in public (DIP).

Simple Assault, Diamond Night Club, 6763 Wilson Blvd., #R3, December 10, 2:04 a.m., police arrested a male, 33, of Fredericksburg, VA for Assault. Victim suffered minor injuries.

Motor Vehicle Theft, 1245 W. Broad St., December 10, 8:34 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a silver 2000 BMW 528I (VIN# WBADM6341YGU16324).
