The George Mason High School girls varsity basketball swept the competition away to win the Region B Tournament Championship game 50-23 against Randolph Henry, held last Saturday at Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Va.
The win propels the girls on to the Virginia High School League Division 2 championship quarterfinals against Northumberland High, to be held this Saturday, March 7 at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax.
