Annette Spector, executive director of Falls Church-based Diagnostic Resource & Educational Services, has officially retired after 45 years of experience working with children in the area. Well known and respected in education circles, Spector will remain in Falls Church through the summer but plans to move to San Francisco in the late summer or early fall.
