F.C.’s CFO: City Faces $9 Million Shortfall This Year

The mid-term report of the current fiscal year for the City of Falls Church reflecting the recent court order enjoining the City from its usual practice of transfering $2.2 million from its water fund shows the City with a $9 million revenue shortfall below the $67 million estimated last spring for the adoption of the current FY10 budget.
