951CritterCornerDogWindows reveal a winter wonderland for worldly Rhoemer. This doggie and his human family have lived in the City of Falls Church for 15 years.That’s just a hint at this pup’s age. Rhoemer’s parents rescued him, at about 8 months old, according to his friend and vet, Dr. Steven Rogers. When he was just a boy, his mom and dad walked him for hours every day. But now that Rhoemer’s a little older, he refuses to go outside unless carried down the stairs preferring to partake in the pretty snow through the glass and from the comfort of his own home.
