Wigo Wireless Inventory to Be Auctioned by City of F.C. to Pay Delinquent Taxes

The Falls Church-based Wigo Wireless cell phone retailer, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year, will have its product inventory, furniture, fixtures and equipment auctioned off by the City of Falls Church in an effort to recover delinquent taxes, the Cathy Kaye, the Treasurer of the City of FC, announced today. The public auction will occur at the store location, 1112-B W. Broad St., on Friday, April 30, at 1 p.m. An inventory list is on display at the F.C. Treasurer’s Office at City Hall, 300 Park Avenue. Terms are cash and carry and all items will be sold to the highest bidder, with some minimum bids required.
