Camp Registration Begins Next Week for F.C. Residents

Registration begins Feb. 7 for City residents and Feb. 14 for non-City residents for Falls Church Recreation and Parks’ Summer Camps scheduled for June 20 – Aug. 27. The 2011 Summer Camp brochure can be viewed at fallschurchva.gov or picked up at the Community Center, 223 Little Falls St. For more information, call 703-248-5027 (TTY: 711).

Camps include a summer fun playground program, swim lessons, preschool camps and teen excursion Camp. Specialty camps are planning for a variety of interests including baseball, basketball, football, theater, art, fishing, cooking, dance, horseback riding, tennis, science, history, karate, golf, and soccer and more. New this year are camps in chess, photography and b-boy dancing.
