Dunn Loring Resident Takes 3rd in Sailing School Contest

Robert Stinger of Dunn Loring was recognized as the third place winner of a contest sponsored by Offshore Sailing School.

Stinger took the Offshore Sailing School five-day Learn to Sail course at South Seas Island Resort with his daughter, Caroline on Captiva Island, Florida in April 2011. His story was recognized in a contest Offshore Sailing School ran for graduates of its Learn to Sail and Fast Track to Cruising courses. Contest entries were judged based on how it felt to learn while sailing.
