JBG Companies Buys Falls Church Corporate Center

JBG Companies has purchased the Falls Church Corporate Center at 6400 and 6402 Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church. According to CoStar, the property, which is known locally as the BB&T towers, was purchased for $83.7 million from Pearlmark Real Estate Partners.

The recently renovated Center consists of two 13-story buildings with almost 400,000 square feet of commercial space and property that can support additional development. Amenities include an on-site fitness center, food services, conference facilities and shuttle bus service to the East Falls Church Metrorail Station. A majority of the property is leased to corporate tenants including BB&T Bank, Kastle Systems and the Centech Group.

Transwestern’s DC Institutional Commercial Group brokered the sale on behalf of Pearlmark.
