2941 Chef to Cook Seasonal Dishes at Farmers’ Market

The Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series will continue with a presentation by Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel from 2941 Restaurant.

On Oct. 1, from 9 – 11 a.m., Chemel will be preparing two dishes that feature seasonal items. The first is butternut squash ravioli, sage brown butter, with smoked Savoy cabbage, and the second will be beet salad, slowly baked Gala apple glazed in apple cider, blue cheese marshmallow with walnut vinaigrette.

The presentation will take place at the farmers’ market, located at 300 Park Ave., Falls Church.
