Cherry Hill Farmhouse to Host 19th-Century Valentine Tea

The historic Cherry Hill Farmhouse will be the site of a Valentine tea this week that will take those participating back in time.

A costumed docent will give a talk about love in the 19th century before ushering guests into the dining room for a full tea of sandwiches, assorted sweets, warm scones and a bottomless cup of tea.

The event is set for Sunday at 2 p.m. The cost is $28. Reservations can be made by calling 703-248-5171.
