Rental Assistance Available in F.C.

The City of Falls Church will accept applications for its Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) starting Monday, March 5, through noon on Friday, March 16.

Applications are only available in the Housing and Human Services office (City Hall, 300 Park Ave., Suite G04) during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The program provides 12 months of temporary assistance to eligible households renting in the City. Households must meet the income limits and cannot have more than $40,000 in total liquid assets. Income limits are based on family size at 60% of the area median family income.
