Fall Properties Seminar to Discuss Determining Fair Market Value

Fall Properties is holding a series of free seminars focusing on a different group each month. Tuesdays in May are especially for sellers.

The first seminar, “How is Fair Market Value Determined,” will take place next Tuesday from 7 – 8 p.m. Also to be discussed will be hard to appraise properties such as historic and non-subdivision homes. Appraisal forms will be available for reference and time for questions and answers will be made available. Fall Properties is located at 212-A N. West St., Falls Church City.
