City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for January 15 – 21, 2013

Tampering with Vehicle, 200 block N. Maple Ave. On Jan. 15, an unknown suspect(s) entered a vehicle and left the vehicle in disarray.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #17 (Hoa Vien Quan) On Jan. 15, a male, 32, of Centreville; and a male, 30, of Woodbridge, were arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. The owner, a male, 42, of Fairfax, was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Indecent Exposure, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Jan. 16, an unknown suspect exposed himself in the parking lot. The suspect was described as a white male with a goatee wearing a gray tank top.

Underage Possession of Alcohol and Public Drunkenness, 100 block N. Washington St. On Jan. 18, a female, 19, of Potomac, MD, was arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol and Public Drunkenness.

Narcotics Violation, 100 block W. Broad St. On Jan. 19, a male, 22, of Manassas; and a male, 26, of Manassas, were arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Assault & Battery and Public Drunkenness , 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R3 (V3 Club) On Jan. 19, officers responded to the location for a report of a fight. A male, 34, of Annandale, was arrested for Assault & Battery and Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 300 block Hillwood Ave. On Jan. 19, a male, 24 of Riverdale, MD, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Public Drunkenness and False ID to Law Enforcement, 200 block Gibson Ave. On Jan. 20, a male, 23, no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness and False ID to Law Enforcement.

Narcotics Violation, 100 block Chanel Terr. On Jan. 21, a male, 21, of the City of Falls Church; and a male, 22, of the City of Falls Church, were arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.
