City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for December 30, 2013 – January 5, 2014

Disorderly Conduct, 1230 W. Broad St. On Dec. 30, a male, 52, no fixed address, was arrested and released on summons for Disorderly Conduct.
Violation of a Protective Order and Narcotics Violation, 6767 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Dec. 30, a male, 19, of Annandale, was arrested and released on summons for a Violation of a Protective Order and Possession of Marijuana.
Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 1200 block W. Broad St. (West End Plaza) On Dec. 30, an unknown suspect stole a computer and purse from an unlocked vehicle.
Public Drunkenness, 1100 block W. Broad St. On Dec. 30, a female, no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Narcotics Violation, Driving Under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test, 100 block W. Broad St. On Dec. 31, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 31, of Falls Church, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Driving Under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test.
Driving Under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test, and Eluding Police, 200 block W. Broad St. On Jan. 1, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 50, of Forestville, MD, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test, and Eluding Police.
Vandalism to Vehicle, 200 block George Mason Dr. On Jan. 1, an unknown suspect vandalized the exterior of a parked vehicle.
Armed Robbery and Abduction, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On Jan. 1, two suspects entered the State Theater just before 7 am and demanded cash. They are described as black males in their 20s, possibly younger, wearing black hooded sweatshirts, black baseball caps, and bandanas. One suspect had a firearm. They left the building with an undetermined amount of cash.
Larceny from Building, 109 Park Ave #E (Cue Recording Studios) On Jan. 1, an unknown suspect stole recording equipment from the facility.
Larceny from Building, 300 block W. Columbia St. On Jan. 1, a guitar and computers were stolen from a residence sometime during the evening.
Narcotics Violation, Forging a Public Document, and False ID to Avoid Arrest, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Jan. 1, a male, 27, of Falls Church, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Forging a Public Document, and False ID to Avoid Arrest. He was also served a US Immigration and Customs warrant for Failure to Appear for an April 2006 Deportation Hearing.
Residential Burglary, 500 block Meridian St. On Jan. 2, police responded to the area of a report of a residential burglary which occurred sometime between Dec. 27 and 30.
Trespass, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Jan. 2, a male, 56, no fixed address, was arrested for Trespassing.
Narcotics Violation, 400 block E. Broad St. On Jan. 3, a male, 21, of Burke, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.
Trespass, 450 W. Broad St. (Koi Koi Sushi) On Jan. 3, a male, 27, no fixed address, was arrested for Trepsassing.
Narcotics Violation, 100 block Chanel Terr. On Jan. 5, a female, 18, of the City of Falls Church; and a male, 19, of Fredericksburg, were arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.
Vandalism to Vehicle, 300 block N. Underwood St. On Jan. 5, an unknown suspect smashed a window to a parked vehicle.

Robbery, Shooting In a Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon On Jan. 5, James Moore, 32, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Robbery, Shooting In a Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The arrest is the result of the investigation the shooting with occurred on Dec. 28 in the 900 block of W. Broad St.
