The News-Press has learned that Falls Church businessman and former Virginia lieutenant governor Donald S. Beyer Jr. will jump into the growing field of Democrats seeking to win their party’s nomination to fill the U.S. congressional seat being vacated this fall by Rep. James P. Moran. Former State Sen.
