F.C. Tai Chi Students Perform at Lunar New Year Festival

Welcoming the Year of the Horse, local tai chi students from Falls Church’s Sun and Moon Taiji One performed last Saturday, Feb. 1, at a Lunar New Year festival organized by the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center held inside Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg. The students, ranging in age from 21 to 84 years, gave a group musical tai chi performance showcasing Chen and Yang styles, martial arts applications, and Taiji Jian (straight sword).
