Mason’s Brozi Wins French Travel Award

George Mason High School senior Peggy Brozi was recently awarded a $1,000 travel stipend from the Société Honoraire de Français, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. The money must be used for traveling to a French-speaking area for a hoped-for educational experience detailed in her application for the award.

Brozi is one of only a few students nationwide to receive the award. GMHS graduate Matthew Baker won in 2010.
