Troop 895 15th Annual Mulch Sale Underway

401scoutsThe Boy Scouts of Falls Church Troop 895 are currently selling mulch in their 15th annual fundraising sale. Bags containing three cubic feet of double-processed hardwood mulch are offered for sale at a price of $5 per bag, delivered to the buyer’s home by the Boy Scouts.

Mulch must be ordered by March 28 to ensure delivery during the weekend of April 4 and 5. The delivery area includes Falls Church City and adjacent areas of Fairfax County and Arlington. Order forms are available for download at troop895.us, and orders may be placed online at mulch.troop895.us or from a local Troop 895 Boy Scout.

Troop 895 has been active in Falls Church since 1957. Sponsored by the Falls Church Presbyterian Church, and part of the National Capital Area Council of Boy Scouts of America, the Troop has more than 80 active members aged 11 – 18. All funds raised by the mulch sale ensure the quality of its continuing program.
