Arlington ArtFest Week Returns March 28 – April 4

The community is invited to take part in the 12th annual ArtFest Week, a celebration of visual art in Arlington to be held March 28 – April 4 at Fort C.F. Smith Park. This yearly event is free and open to the public.

An opening reception will be held this Friday, March 28, from 6 – 8 p.m., at which visitors can meet the artists featured during ArtFest Week and enjoy light refreshments in the historic 1902 Hendry House.

The event’s art exhibit and sale showcases the work of more than 40 Arlington artists and includes paintings in many styles, ceramics, sculpture, artists’ cards, unframed works, and more.

Fort C.F. Smith Park is located at 2411 24th St. North, Arlington. For more information, visit arlingtonartistsalliance.org.
