Photos & Sculpture Combine for Peritores’ ‘Spirit of Place’

Spirit of Place: Dyke Marsh, an exhibition of photographs by Anthony Peritore and sculptural works by Megan Peritore, will be on display through May 18 in the Crossroads Gallery in Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads. An artists talk and reception, scheduled for Sunday, April 6, from 4 – 6 p.m., is free and open to the public.

In Spirit of Place: Dyke Marsh, Anthony and Megan Peritore’s shared vision is given individual expression through their choice of media – Anthony’s natural history photographs of Dyke Marsh and Megan’s sculptures. In collaborating, they evoke a “spirit of place” to allow the viewer to experience, with immediacy and familiarity, their own perceptions of the human condition as part of nature.

Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads is located at 3440 Jefferson St., Falls Church. For more information, call 703-578-7201.
