As part of its Community Education Series, Nourish Market, the small Falls Church grocery store and deli, is hosting “The Silent Stopper to Managing Your Weight” on Thursday, August 21 from 7 –8:30 p.m. The guest speaker is Lynn Hatch, an adult nurse practitioner, health coach and owner of Lynn Hatch Wellness. She will educate attendees on how the human body normally functions and how chemicals in skin care products disrupt its balance and ability to thrive. She will review the top 10 chemicals to avoid and better alternative products that provide the same function but without the damaging chemicals.
