Loehmann’s Plaza Gets Name Change

Loehmann’s Plaza has undergone a rebranding effort and will now be known as Graham Park Plaza. The rebrand is the result of local community involvement in the naming process, along with the addition of the Stein Mart as its new anchor.

Federal Realty Investment Trust, the shopping center property owner/manager, partnered with the Broyhill Park Civic Association leaders to put out the request for submissions. Federal Realty selected “Graham Park” from the community’s submissions because of the two neighboring roads that border the center, Graham Road and Parkwood Court.

The shopping center is located at 7235-7311 Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church.
