Disability Employment is Topic of F.C. Chamber Luncheon Tuesday

Shelia Newman, president of Falls Church-based New Editions Consulting, LLC, will speak about hiring people with disabilities at the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce’s networking luncheon on Tuesday, October 21 at the Italian Café. Newman, whose presentation is taking place during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, will discuss the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and share how it has helped build her government contracting business.

The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Tickets with advanced registration are $27 for members and $32 for nonmembers. An additional $5 will be charged for walk-ins should space be available.
