The City of Falls Church’s FY2015 first quarter financial report for its general fund, covering the period of July-September 2014, came in with numbers below projections in key areas, including personal property taxes, meals taxes and sales taxes, the City’s Chief Financial Officer Richard LaCondre reported this week.
