Chuy’s, the Austin-based Tex-Mex joint that has recently set up shop at two locations in Northern Virginia, is going all out next Thursday, celebrating the birth of the Elvis, with a bash filled with fried chicken, margaritas and Twinkies.
Guests dressed up like the King (or Priscilla) who stop by Chuy’s Fairfax or Springfield locations on January 8 will get a free entree. And for those who can’t pull off a jumpsuit, there will be special pricing on some of the restaurants’ Elvis-themed dishes, plus free Twinkies, give aways, Margarita-filled souvenir cups and more Presley-related revelry.
