This is Chloe, a 7-year-old Shih Tzu. As any diva does, she loves oodles of attention, affection and good food. When she’s not getting a belly rub or chomping on liver treats, she loves to play at the Shirlington Dog Park. She also showers her adoring fans with high fives and lots of kisses.
