Crime Report: Woman Arrested for Identity Theft at Hot N Juicy

A woman wanted for identity theft in the City of Falls Church was arrested at Hot N Juicy Crawfish last Monday, according to the latest crime report. Police say the 19-year-old South Riding woman was wanted in Loudon County for giving a false name to law enforcement and was served warrants for credit card fraud and receiving stolen goods.

In other restaurant-related arrests,  a 25-year-old Manassas man was arrested and charged with assault and defrauding an innkeeper at Lesly’s Restaurant on New Year’s Day.

On the vehicle break-in front, three more motor vehicle larcenies took place with cash and a wallet stolen from vehicles on Fulton Ave. and E. Annandale Rd. and an iPod was stolen from a vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube on W. Broad. Also, the rear windshield of a vehicle was smashed on N. Underwood St.

 

City of Falls Church Crime Report: December 28, 2015 – January 3, 2016

Identity Theft, 116 W. Broad St. (Hot and Juicy Crawfish) On Dec. 28, a wanted person from Loudoun County gave a false name to law enforcement. a female, 19, of South Riding, was served Loudoun County warrants for Credit Card Fraud and Receiving Stolen Goods. The suspect was also arrested for Identity Theft in Falls Church.

Smoking Violation, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Le Mirage) On Dec. 29, a male, 39, of Springfield, was cited for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Trespass, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Le Mirage) On Dec. 29, a male, 35, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Trespassing.

Smoking Violation, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #15 (H2O Café) On Dec. 29, a male, 38, of Annandale, was cited for Smoking in a Non-Designated Area.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 600 block Fulton Ave. On Dec. 30, cash was stolen from the victim’s vehicle.

Larceny from Building, 124 E. Broad St. Suite E (Sunstone Counseling) On Dec. 30, an unattended wallet was reported stolen.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 100 block E. Annandale Rd. On Dec. 30, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s wallet from a vehicle.

Smoking Violation, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Le Mirage) On Dec. 30, a female, 44, of Springfield, was cited for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 300 block N. Underwood St. On Dec. 31, a rear windshield was found smashed.

Assault, and Defrauding an Innkeeper, 306 Hillwood Ave. (Lesly’s Restaurant) On Jan. 1, a male, 25, of Manassas, was arrested for Assaulting a Law Enforcement Officer, Simple Assault, and Defrauding an Innkeeper.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 1014 W. Broad St. (Jiffy Lube) On Jan. 2, an iPod was reported stolen from a serviced vehicle.

Narcotics Violation, 1014 W. Broad St. (Jiffy Lube) On Jan. 2, a male, 36, of Arlington, was arrested and released on summons from Possession of Marijuana.

Driving Under the Influence, 200 block W. Marshall St. On Jan. 3, officers responded to the area for a report of an accident. A female, 19, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test.
