Local Art Teacher Featured at Exhibit in Dupont Circle

Marc Robarge, an art teacher at George Mason High School, is having his work featured in an exhibit Hillyer Art Space in Washington, D.C.’s Dupont Circle in a show called “Branching Out” through Saturday, Feb. 27.

Robarge said in an email to the News-Press that the sculptures “pay homage to nature in their organic forms, color and textures. They are meant to engage a sense of wonder and mystery and reinforce our connection to the environment.” On Saturday, Feb. 13 he hosted a gallery day for his Falls Church friends to see the show.
