‘Plants 4 Life’ Event Slated for Sept. 29 at F.C. Library

Mary Riley Styles Public Library at 120 N. Virginia Avenue is hosting an event called Plants 4 Life: Nutrition and Healthier Living on Thursday, Sept. 29 from 7 – 9 p.m. At the free class, registered nurse Margaretha Backers will teach about how to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into participant’s diets, some easy tips for good nutrition and the cost of eating healthier.

Backers will also teach attendees about how to add plant-based nutrition and wellness to their diets. Registration is required for the event. To reserve a spot, stop by the library’s Reference Desk or call 703-248-5035. For more information, visit fallschurchva.gov/Library.
