GMHS Grad Brings Nourish International Chapter to New School

George Mason High School alumna Haley Zullo recently started a chapter of Nourish International, a student movement that partners with communities to make a lasting impact on extreme poverty, at Washington College.

Zullo transferred to the Chestertown, Md. college from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was an active member of the chapter of that organization, this fall. She is majoring in environmental science and Spanish with a minor in public health at Washington College.

The Elm, the student newspaper of Washington College, published an article about Zullo’s successful efforts to start a new chapter on Saturday, Sept. 29. She originally helped found the Virginia Commonwealth University chapter of Nourish International with some of her friends.
