FCNP: Reward for ID of Vandals, Thieves

Falls Church News-Press owner Nicholas Benton Wednesday announced a reward for the identification leading to arrest and conviction of persons responsible for acts of vandalism or theft against News-Press public distribution sites.

“These are criminal acts punishable by the law,” he said. “Advertisers are paying for their ads appearing in newspapers that these vandals and thieves are defacing or stealing so these acts are being perpetrated against them as well as the newspaper itself. Witnesses are urged to contact us or the Falls Church City Police.”
