Deborah Martin Dies In Car Accident at 63

Falls Church resident Deborah L. Martin died on Saturday, Dec. 10 in a car accident that also involved one of her daughters.

Martin was born in South Carolina on January 24, 1953. She will be remembered for her love of people, animals and flowers. She was loved by everyone she met.

She leaves behind four children, one of whom was badly injured in the car accident, one grandchild, five cats and two dogs.

“We will miss her dearly and have loved the support that surrounds us in our time of need,” said Elle Kime in an email to the News-Press. “We have set up an account for people who would like to support us.”

The account referred to is a GoFundMe page that can be found at gofundme.com/fonucw. Funds raised at that page will go to help support the family Martin left behind. They also said that flowers can be sent to Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, located at 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax.
