Café Kindred and Townshend Bar is hosting a book launch happy hour for The House Wife: a woman’s homebuilding companion by Advon Real Estate’s Genevieve Concannon on Thursday, Feb. 1 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The book covers the complete home building process from selecting a team to finalizing finishing touches to create a perfect custom home. From start to finish, this fun, practical, and tip-filled guidebook is a field companion to simplify and streamline the homebuilding process.
