The leader of the nine muses, Clio, has taken it upon herself to inspire Sonny to create the apex of all artistic achievement in the 1980s: A roller skating disco. With an enchanting combination of squealing guitars, mirror balls, and Greek choruses, George Mason High School presents the satirical musical comedy, “Xanadu.”

Turkey on the Town: Where to Eat Out On Thanksgiving

Everyone’s getting ready for the upcoming hearty-eating holiday, and those who are not thrilled with the idea of doing the dishes and pawning off turkey leftovers on visiting relatives will have an alternative thanks to some Falls Church-area restaurants. Many dining establishments in and around Falls Church will be open on Thanksgiving Day to offer selections ranging from gourmet spreads to the traditional turkey meal.

The chain has locations in Arlington, Georgetown, Germantown, Rockville, Bethesda, and Herndon, just to name a few. Earlier this month, Falls Church made the list of hosts to this expanding area franchise with the opening of a Moby Dick in the Spectrum on W. Broad Street.
