Two days after an agreement between Kaiser Permanente and the City of Falls Church to allow public parking in the health center’s garage was put on hold, the garage across N. Washington Street from the State Theatre with 400 parking spaces will be open for free public parking starting tonight based on an agreement signed with the City Friday night.
