In regional races, incumbent State Senator Dick Saslaw (D) faces off against Terry Modglin (IG) for the 39th District seat and Marcus Simon (House of Delegates, 53rd District), Paul Ferguson (Clerk of the Court) and Theo Stamos (Commonwealth’s Attorney) are all running uncontested.
